The Magnolia Room at Historic Broyhill

Located in the heart of The Historic Broyhill is a beautiful backdrop for gatherings such as ceremonies, wedding receptions, rehearsals, social gatherings, business meetings and more.

The Magnolia Room will comfortably accommodate 20-120 guests for a sit-down event. If you are considering a roaming-style reception, we can host upwards of 140 guests. We have several other areas that allow for additional guests including a beautiful lobby/lounge, patio courtyard and other spacious common areas.
